This is a peaceful, restorative class where sound, breath, and intuitive movement come together to create a deep sense of ease. It’s designed for anyone wanting to release tension, process the day, or experience a nourishing pause in a warm, welcoming setting.
No experience is needed — just come as you are.
What This Experience Feels Like
The Restorative Sound Journey blends:
Soothing sound
Crystal and Himalayan bowls produce tones shown to reduce stress, ease emotional heaviness, and support deep relaxation.
Guided rest
Grounding cues and gentle breathwork help your body shift out of overwhelm and into ease.
Optional intuitive movement
Simple, slow movements that relax tight muscles and help you settle more deeply into rest.
A soft landing
Time to arrive, unwind, and let go of the day at your own pace.
