Evidence-based, body-centered, and compassion-driven healing

Therapy with me is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet under stress, trauma, or disconnection. My work blends research-backed modalities with a deeply human, compassionate approach so you can feel grounded, supported, and empowered to create real change.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, their bodies, and their desires. Whether you’re navigating trauma, intimacy challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or simply craving a steadier, calmer way of being, I offer a space where all of you is welcome.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I currently work as a therapist at both The Pointe Malibu Recovery Center and the Los Angeles Sex Therapy Collective, supporting clients through trauma healing, intimacy concerns, relationship challenges, recovery, and high-functioning stress.

Working in these environments allows me to support a wide range of individuals, including professionals, creatives, couples, and people navigating complex emotional lives. These roles deeply inform my private practice and the trauma-informed, compassionate way I approach care.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is integrative, relational, and centered on the body’s wisdom. I blend evidence-based modalities with restorative practices to help you understand what’s happening inside you, release what’s been held too long, and build a deeper sense of clarity, connection, and internal steadiness.

I draw from:

EMDR
For trauma, attachment wounds, emotional blocks, and memories that still feel charged.

Somatic Therapy
To help you reconnect with your body, unwind tension, feel grounded, and build inner safety.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
For chronic tension, stress-related pain, and mind-body patterns connected to emotional load.

Polyvagal-Informed Therapy
To support emotional regulation, healthy connection, and moving out of survival states.

Mindfulness and Restorative Practices
Including breathwork, yoga nidra, and gentle awareness to slow your pace and expand your capacity.

Relationship and Sex Therapy
Supporting communication, intimacy, desire differences, emotional connection, and relational safety.

Every session is paced gently, intentionally, and in collaboration with you.
